At JDM Engine Pro, we want you to be completely satisfied with your high-performance apparel. If your gear doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Ensure all items are in their original, unworn condition with tags attached, and place them securely in the original shipping box.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous delivery markings.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days of receipt.
